My Journey in Medicine: International Training, Local Impact
I began my career with a deep curiosity about the human gut - how it speaks to us through symptoms, and how easily its signals can be misunderstood. This led me to specialise in gastroenterology, combining science with clinical care to help patients regain control of their health and lives.
I trained and worked at some of the UK’s most respected centres of excellence - including University College London, Imperial College, The Royal Marsden, and The Royal Free Hospital - before moving to Wales to help transform specialist services.
I have spent my career combining frontline clinical work with innovation, patient-centred service transformation, and education.
